Laguna Beach Children’s Chorus is a singing performance group for children ages 8-12, offering fun and supportive professional instruction and opportunities for high-level musical performance.
The program welcomes children from Laguna Beach and surrounding communities.

Laguna Beach Children’s Chorus brings young singers together in a supportive, professionally guided environment where they can build confidence, learn to sing as an ensemble, make friends and experience the joy of performance.
Hosted by St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Laguna Beach.

No prior vocal training is required.
Auditions are informal and simply help the director get to know each singer.

Andy Vargas
Director
A Presidential Scholar at Chapman University with a BA in Vocal Performance and Music Education.
Andy teaches Voice and Piano, and is Music Director of Laguna Beach’s Anneliese Schools and the Palos Verdes Performing Arts Center.
He brings the joy of music to children, teaching them to sing together beautifully.

Bob Gunn
Pianist
A graduate of Azusa Pacific University with a BA in Piano Performance and Music Education.
An experienced director, accompanist and performer, Bob is Music Director of LagunaTunes Community Chorus and St. Mary’s Episcopal Church.
He also accompanies the Laguna Beach High School Vocal Music Program.
